All Black Team to Play Australia. STRONG COMBINATION. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, June 30. The All Black team tor the first test match against Australia on Saturday has been selected as follows: Full-back: Lilburne. Three-quarters: Proctor, Caughey, Bullock-Douglas. Five-eighths: Pollock, Page. Half-back: Kilby. Forwards: Jessep, Cottrell, H ore, Steere. M’Lean, Manchester, Purdue, Metcalfe. The team is reported to be very fit. The Australian team will be: Full-back: Steggall. Three-quarters: Cowper, King, Sturtridge, W. White. Half-backs: Lawton (captain), Malcolm. Forwards: Clark, M. White, Bridle, Bland, Cook, Love, Bonis, Cerutti. Ross has strained his thigh muscles. The injury to Max has been X-rayed. It revealed a fracture.
