For selling liquor after hours, Albert , Florey, licensee of Shade’s Hotel, was to-day fined 20s and costs by Mr E. D. \ Mosley, S.M., and George Davidson, the ‘ barman, was fined £2 and costs. j Robert Joseph Berry was convicted \ and discharged for committing a breach of the Arms Act by delivering posses- i sion of a rifle to another person with- > out obtaining a permit. 1 Cyril Edgar Philpott, a storekeeper, £ of Lincoln Road, was fined 5s and costs 1 for selling chocolate on a Sunday. r
