ORANGE TART. 6oz Fether-Flake, baked on a plate. 1 egg, 1 orange, grated rind and juice. 1 slightly heaped tablespoon cornflour. 2 tablespoons sugar. i pint water. Mix cornflour smooth with the orange juice, put all ingredients into saucepan, excepting the egg, bring to boil, add yolk of egg.
