London Stock Exchange Trend. OPTION DEALING RESUMED. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 19, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, December 18. When the return to fortnightly accounts on the London Stock Exchange was recently announced it was decided not to reinstate facilities for carryingover, or for entering into option bargains. A further step towards normal conditions was marked to-day when the committee announced that option dealing would be resumed on Monday.
