Police Ask for Ban upon Berserk Boxer.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 19, 10.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 19. The police requested the proprietor of the Newtown Stadium not to give another contest to Billy Tyson, who ran Berserk on Thursday night. Some months ago Tyson was disqualified for life by the management of the Leichardt Stadium.
Tyson knocked out his opponent with a foul blow, then attacked the referee and his own seconds, four being required to hold him down.
