Dragged Head Downwards by Bolting Horse. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 19, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 19. Mrs Daley was driving a horse in a sulky along a country road at Cooma when the horse stumbled and threw Mrs Daley and her two children out. Mrs Daley’s foot, however, became wedged between the step and the side of the vehicle and the horse bolted, dragging her head downwards for four miles. Her head was smashed to pulp and she Jvas dead when extricated.
