APPLICATION FAILS.
Watersiders Not Exempt from “ Cut.” The Arbitration Court has decided that no order should be made for the exclusion of the waterside workers of New Zealand from the operation of the general order reducing wages by 10 per cent. A similar application for exemption from the cut made }py the Lyttelton ship tally clerks has ailso been rejected.
