BUSINESS IS TO BE ALLIED WITH PLEASURE. WASHINGTON. March 14. President Hoover will leave late on Tuesday, on board the reconditioned battleship Arizona, for a ten days* cruise of the United States possessions in the Carribean Sea. The trip will combine pleasure with consultation on administrative problems of Porto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
