ENDURANCE SWIM ENDS IN SYDNEY.
THE WINNER IS ONELEGGED COMPETITOR.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received March 16, 11.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 16. The endurance swim finished just before midnight, when Charles Zimmy, the promoter of the contest, retired after 50 hours 40 minutes, leaving the one-legged competitor, Frank Roberts, the winner.
