TOURING THE WORLD IN SEVEN-TON YACHT.
SON BORN TO NORSE COUPLE ON VOYAGE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, January 6. An unusual arrival in port at midday was the cutter-rigged yacht Larvik, of seven tons, from Pago Pago. In the tiny craft a young Norwegian couple, Erling Tambs and his wife, with an infant son, who was born on the voyage, are touring the world. They also carry a dog. The Larvik left Norway about two years ago, crossed the Atlantic, and entered the Pacific through the Panama Canal. Since then she has visited Papeete, Suva and other Island ports.
