FUNERAL.
The funeral of the late Norman Herbert Carr, second son of Mr and Mrs Carr, 131 River Road, Avonside, took place on Saturday at the Bromley cemetery. The funeral service was conducted at the house by the Rev O. Fitzgerald. The deceased was a very popular motor-cyclist, being well known among the sporting motorists 1 , and dirt track riders of Christchurch.The high esteem in vriiich he was held’ was demonstrated by the numerousfriends who followed, as well as the) many floral tributes and messages ofsympathy received.
