NOR’-WEST GALE SWEEPS ASHBURTON COUNTY
(Special to the “ Star.”) ASHBURTON, December 1. A typical nrr’-west gale was experienced in Ashburton yesterday afternoon. Several power board poles were brought down in the Dorie district, but these were immediately replaced and power was restored.
