MORE FLEXIBLE LAWS FOR MIGRANTS IN U.S.

More selective and flexible immigration laws were held by Mr Hoover today to be needed. The president s views generally agree with those announced by Senator Reed, of Pennsylvania, who proposed the stopping of all immigration from both quota and non-quota countries.
