STREET COLLECTION IS HELD BY S.P.W.C.

The street collection held by the Society for the Protection of Women and Children yesterday resulted in approximately £92 for the society’s funds. This is an increase of £3O over the amount collected last year. The collection was organised from the Y.M.C.A. office under the direction of the Rev C. A. Fraer (president), Mrs F. E. Biltcliff (vice-president), Mr D. C. Burns (acting-treasurer). Miss E. A. de Veaux (assistant-secretary) and Miss Foley. Owing to indisposition, the secretary. Miss Cardale, was unable to attend.
