SOVIET AMBASSADOR IS RECEIVED BY MR ARTHUR HENDERSON.
(United Press Assn.—By Electrte Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received December 17, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, December 16. The newly-appointed Russian Ambassador, M. Sokolnikoff, was received at the Foreign Office to-day by the Foreign Secretary, Mr Arthur Henderson, their conversation lasting over one hour. It is expected that M. Sokolnikoff will be received by the Prince of Wales in a few days for the presentation of his credentials.
