INFECTIOUS DISEASES NOTIFICATIONS NORMAL.

The infectious diseases notifications in the Canterbury and West Coast districts for the week ended noon to-day were nearly normal. There have been no outstanding increases, and the figures for pneumonic cases, after showing an increase up to fourteen cases last week, have dropped back again to five.
