GERMANY MAKES PAYMENT “FULLY AND PUNCTUALLY.”

(Special to the “ Star.”) BERLIN, September 3. Mr Parker Gilbert, the Agent-Gen-eral for Reparations payments, announces that in the fourth year of the Experts’ Plan, ending August 31, Germany had made all her payments fully and punctually. In the fourth annuity year Germany actually paid £87,000,000, including 4wo payments in completion of the third annuity year, amounting to £3,750,000, due in September last. The fourth annuity amounts to £87,500.000, and two payments are necessary to complete, aggregating £3.950,000, falling due in September. Of this £2.750.000 was paid to-day, while £1.200,000 is due on September 21. The total transfers during the fourth annuity year amounted to £86,950,000, and at the close of the business year on August 31 the cash balance in the Agent-General’s account amounted to £9,475,000.
