NO NEW CASES OF SCARLET FEVER IN METROPOLITAN AREA.
There were no new cases of scarlet fever reported in the Christchurch metropolitan area during the twentyfour hours ended at noon to-day, and the total number of notifications was the lowest for several days past. Only four cases were notified, as follows: Rangiora Borough 1, Ashburton Borough 2, Pleasant Point Town District 1.
