PROFIT OF £855 MADE ON METROPOLITAN SHOW
It was reported to the General Committee of the Canterbury A. and P. Association yesterday that the approximate ‘receipts for the metropolitan show totalled £5867 4s 9d, and the expenditure £3490 Is lid, leaving an excess of receipts over expenditure of £2377 2s 10d. When the proportion of the association’s expenditure chargeable to the show was deducted it left £855 2s lOd. The gross profit for the Royal Show last year was £1970 12s sd, and the net profit £528.
