POINCARE REPLIES TO REDS’ ATTACK.

Poincare to abolish all military appropriations. The Premier retorted, amidst thunderous applause: “ When your Soviet friends disarm we will do the same! I make this solemn pledge! ” —Australian ’Press Association.
