ARCHITECT COMMITS SUICIDE FOLLOWING BUILDING’S COLLAPSE.
(United. Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph.-^Copyright.) PRAGUE, October 10. Rescuers worked on the collapsed building all night, with the aid of searchlights. It is feared that the death roll will be heavy. A well-drCssed girl was crushed fiat on the pavement beneath a massive concrete pillar. Every bone in her body was broken. The collapse of the building is attributed to inferior material. The architect committed suicide.—Australian Press Association.
