HE PREDICTS NEW GOVERNMENT AFTER GENERAL ELECTION.

(Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON, September 26. If the prediction of the Leader of the Opposition is fulfilled, it will be a very different House of Representatives in personnel that assembles after the combig: general election. “ This is a dying Parliament and a dying Government," declared Mr Holland in the House last night. “The personnel of Parliament changes to the extent of about 25 per cent after every election. I think it will change on this occasion to the extent of over 50 per cent, so that we will have a hew Parliament coming in at the end Of the year, and we will have a new Government taking office. That is fairly clear.”
