WEDDING.
PAGE—SEYMOUR. Knox Church, decorated with palms and arum lilies, was the scene of a pretty wedding on Wednesday last when Jessie Nelson, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs C. Seymour, was married to Thomas George, only son of Mr and Mrs T. W. Page. The ceremony was conducted by the. Rev T. W. Armour and Mr W. Billingtqn presided at the organ. The service was fully choral in appreciation of the bride’s past services in the choir. The bride was given away by her cousin. Dir R. A. Kerr. She wore a gown of ivory georgette, fashioned with a silver lace panel and an uneven hemline, and long full sleeves falling to the wrist. Her long veil fell from a coronet, forming the train and she carried a shower bouquet. Miss'Mabel Radford, who attended as bridesmaid, wore a becoming frock of blush pink georgete with panels and inset bands of deep steele lace-. Ilerheaddress was of pink and silver tulle and she carried a bouquet of pink flowers. Dir C. B. Phillips, the bride’s cousin, attended the bridegroom as best man. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, where Mrs Seymour, who received the guests, wore a frock of navyblue marocain, with touches of coffeecoloured lace, a becoming navy hat, and carried a bouquet of spring flowers. Mrs Page, mother of the bridegroom, wore a frock of bois de rose crepe de chine, trimmed with fawn, a smart hat to tone, and carried a bouquet of freezias and marigolds. When the bride left for her wedding tour in tfie North Island, she was wearing ’a frock of bois de rose crepe de chine, a grey crinoline’ straw hat, and a blue velour coat, with a fitch fur collar.
