SEVERE OPERATION CAUSED COLLAPSE.
Per press Association. DUNEDIN, August 20. William Burnett, aged 40, who was a farmer near Milton, died under an operation in a private hospital on Saturday. The coroner returned a verdict that death was due to respiratory and cardiac failure during a necessary severe operation.
