MISS NGAIO MARSH HONOURED.
Miss Ngaio Marsh, who is shortly leaving Christchurch to reside in England, was entertained at a most successful and enjoyable dance last evening in the Jellicoe Hall by her friends, members of the Touch and Go Company and the people who were connected with the cabarets which for several years have been the most successful functions held in the city. Bowls of tawny shaded chrysanthemums and autumn foliage decorated the hall and supper room, and music for the dancing was supplied by Bailey’s Band.
