A message from Des Moines states that following the greatest catastrophe in lowa financial history heavy shipments of reserve funds have been rushed to the banks to prevent further failures. Nineteen banks closed their doors yesterday and thirty-one during the past three weeks, due to the unwarranted withdrawals coupled with low reserves. ,
