INTERESTING NEWS.
No doubt the N.Z. Government did a great service to the rising generation of young New Zealanders when it inaugurated a system of training of dental nurses to inspect the schools. It is only a few years ago that dentistry was a luxury, prices being prohibitive to the average working family. In some cases this still holds good. However, a few years.ago some of the leading lights of the profession started the firm known as the Anglo-American Dental, and from the outset they' realised that there would be great opposition from the profession generally, and their only hope of success lay in employing first class dentists and in buying’ only' the best grade of dental materials obtainable both in England and America. The public readily grasped the situation and availed themselves of the services of the Anglo-American Dental, and I>\' their large turn-over they' have been able to maintain their high standard of work at still further reduced prices. Now they have gone a step further and installed a complete X-ray outfit, which is one of the most up-to-date appliances in any dental rooms in Australasia. No doubt the patients of the Anglo-American dental and the public generally will realise what is being done for them and will continue to give their full confidence and support. 9325
