TENNIS AFTERNOON.
An enjoyable tennis tournament arranged by Mrs George Morgan, w r as held on the Opawa Courts yesterday afternoon. Many games were played and the prize winners were Mrs Howarth and' Miss Travers and Mrs R. Stewart and Miss Reid. A dainty tea was served to the players. Over £4 was contributed towards the fund for the open air school at Opawa. Among the players were: Mrs George Morgan, Mrs J. C. Lord, Mrs Cyril Stringer, Mrs R. L. Saunders, Mrs David Redpath, Miss Reid, Mrs Irwin, Miss Beanland, Mrs Orr, Mrs Ardagh. Miss Pearce, Mrs Coxhead, Mrs Nicoll, Mrs Peter Wilson, Miss Margaret Anderson, Mrs G. Hall, Mrs Steer, Mrs A. Derbidge, Mrs A. C. Falconer. Mrs Howarth, Mrs F. Armstrong, Miss Loma Fcrrier. Mrs Tattler, Mrs R. Stewart, Mrs Wheeler, Miss Travers, Miss Scott. Mrs Taylor, Miss Howarth, Mrs Williams and Miss G. Thomson.
