WEDDING.
PUGH—NEILSON. Sweet peas, peonies arid lilies decorated the interior of the Church of Christ yesterday afternoon when the marriage was celebrated of Elizabeth, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs W. Neilson, Barbadoes Street, and Reginald, youngest son of Mrs H. Pugh, of Christchurch. Mr J. Crawford officiated at the ceremony and Mrs A. Pugh, presided at the organ. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of ivor}*- crepe de chine, made with a straight bodice and a barthe of ivory lace. The hem of the skirt was bordered with wide lace. Her embroidered tulle veil was arranged from a coronet of orange blossoms and she carried a bouquet of white roses and gladioli. Miss Annie Neilson attended her sister as bridesmaid, and wore a jumper suit of cyclamen crepe de chine, and a hat of crinoline straw to tone, with a velvet ribbon and flower trimming. She carried a bouquet of sweet peas. Miss Marie Neilson, sister of the bride, and Miss Beryl Pugh, niece of the bridegroom, were also in attendance, and wore frocks of apricot crepe de chine, and wide ribbon bows on their hair and cai'ried Victorian posies. The bridegroom was attended by Mr A. Fugli as best man. Following the ceremony a reception was held at Dixieland, where the guests were received by Mrs Neilson, who wore a black satin marocain frock, with loose side panels, an Oriental silk vest, and a navy blue hat with a black osprey mount and she carried a bouquet of crimson roses. Mrs Pugh, mother of the bridegroom, wore a grey tailored costume, and a black hat and carried a bouquet of crimson roses and peonies. When the bride left for her wedding tour she wore a kingfisher blue repp cloth ensemble suit, and a hat to tone a fluster of flowers at one side.
