COMING-OF-AGE DANCE.
Mr and Mrs A. IT. Turner were host and hostess at an enjoyable social and da nee held in St Saviour’s TTa.ll to celebrate the coming of age of their daughter, .Nellie. The gruest of the evening; wore a dainty frock of shell pink maro-
ca.in. Mrs Turner, who received her guests, wore a frock of navy satin. The eruest of the evening" waß presented with a pink bouquet by her present and past, choir friends. The evening: was
spent in dancing:, games and competitions. Hems were given by Misses P. Coombs and K. M’Caw. The winners of the lucky spot waitr. were Miss 33. Cronin and Mr Johnston. About. 120 guests sat down to a dainty supper, the tables being decorated with pink and blue. Mr A. Butcher proposed the toast of the guest and presented her with a gold key.
