WANTED MAN’S SHAVE IS INTERRUPTED.
HE IS CAPTURED, AND FACES THE COUkT. (Special to the “ Star.”) AUCKLAND, July 22. When the detectives called with a warrant on Raymond Francis WoodleyGrigg on June 29. he was shaving. Evidently he expected, the visit because he bolted, and was not traced again until July 9. Meantime a search revealed rubber gloves, shoes, a jemmy and other housebreaking implements, besides cigarettes and tobacco valued at £l7 Is Bd. Grigg pleaded not guilty' this morning to breaking and entering a tobacconist’s and stealing goods, and was committed for trial. He was also -charged with having in his possession moulds for making a resemblance of currency. His sister-in-law gave evidence that while she resided at Devonport with the accused and his sister, the latter showed her moulds for making halfcrowns and sovereigns. The second case is proceeding.
