PERSONAL.
MINISTERIAL. The Hon G. J. Anderson, Minister of Labour, Mines and Marine, will leave Wellington for the south to-morrow night. He will spend Monday in Christchurch, attending to departmental business, and on Tuesday he will .proceed to Grevmouth to be present ou the following day at the Kumara Goldfields Jubilee. Mr J. R. Symon. Melbourne, is among the guests-at the United Service Hotel. Messrs C. C. Morrison (Sydney) and R. Tattersall (Napier) are recent arrivals at the Clarendon Hotel. Recent arrivals at Warner's Hotel include Messrs H. H. Lay (New York), and T. F. and D. Smidsons (Wellington). Professor R. Davies was a passenger by the ferry steamer from Wellington this morning.
