JAPAN WILL NOT LIFT GOLD EMBARGO.
By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Reuter’s Telegrams. (Received February 26, 9.25 a.m.) . TOKIO, February 25. Mr Y. Hamaguchi (Minister of Finance) stated officially that the Government does not intend to lift the gold embargo till the yen reaches par through natural healthy causes.
