Reuter's TeleyramF. « LONDON, October 27. The Economic Conference has decided to appoint a committee of experts to consider the whole question of Imperial ‘currency. It is understood that delegates complained mainly of the discount rate and bank charges for transmission of money between Britain and the dominions, which were declared to be altogether too high.
