CITY RELIEF FUND OPENED.
FOR KAIAPQi SUFFERERS. The iffayor (Mr J. Flesher) stated to-day that a fund was being opened for persons affected bv the Ivaiapoi floods. Already he had been rung up by several people who had offered tc Subscriptions mav bo sent" to the Town Clerk. Mr’ Flesher will brine the matter before the Citv Council 01 Monday night, and something in the way of affording assistance mav b done by the council.
