HOLLIS-VIGGARS CASE.
BOTH MEN REMANDED. (Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, May 3. Wm. Arthur Thomas Hollis, charged with using an instrument with intent to procure abortion, and Thomas Viggars charged with procuring Hollis to commit a crime, were before the Magistrate’s Court this morning. Both men were remanded to May 8. Hollis was allowed bail in two sureties of £4OO and himself in £IOO.
