LOCAL ELECTIONS.

HOSPITAL BOARD. The fourth and fifth counts in the Hospital Board election was made this morning. Leadley’s surplus of 258 votes wa.s distributed among the candidates remaining in the count, but none reached the quota. The election will be completed to-day. REV CLYDE CARR ELECTED In the Hospital Boad election, the Rev Clyde Carr secured election on the seventh count. Renn was eliminated on the seventh count and Paris on the fourteenth. J. AY. Baty and Mrs Roberts appear to have a good chance of election.
