MONKEY GLANDS FOR EX-KAISER.

A story which was current that, prior to his re-marriage, the ex-Kaiser was operated, upon with a view to the restoration of his youth, has been confirmed by a Viennese rejuvenation specialist. named Buchardx, who has arrived in London to perform a number of operations. He says that the identical operations which it is intended lo perform in London were recently performed upon the ex-Kaiser.
