FLIGHT TO BLENHEIM.
CAPTAIN DICKSON MAKES TWO HOURS’ TRIP. (Special to the “ Star.”; BLENHEIM. December 4. Captain Euan Dickson left SocKburn at 9.30 this morning in a fie Havilaud. machine with Mr Peacock, an English tourist as a passenger and one mechanic. He arrived at Blenheim at 11.80. The maximum altitude attained yas 12.000 feet. It was very cold. The view of the land was obscure 1 by low clouds, between Kaikoura aud Ward, but the visibility was otherwise good. Captain Dickson intends to return to Scckburn this afternoon weather permitting.
