Sir Charles Harington. when presenting the Allies’ terms to Ismet Pasha, pointed out emphatically liow the 'lbirks could realise their national aspirations without recourse to fighting. Ismet made a conciliatory reply, but requested time to refer certain points to Angora, particularly regarding the scope of the neutral zone and the admission of Turks to Thrace under Allied control. Ismet hopes to give a reply to-night.
