His Honor Mr Justice Herdman tomorrow will sit in open Court in Christchurch for the last time before his departure for the North Island, and when the Court is opening in the morning, Mr J. J. Dougall, president of the Canterbury Law Society, on behalf of the society, will express regret at his Honor’s departure from this diotrict. His Honor will take the West Coast sittings before leaving for the North Island
