ACCIDENTS St FATALITIES.

SUDDEN DEATH. John Brown, sixty-eight years of age, an orchardist, died suddenly at a board-ing-house owned by Mr C. H. Poulsen, Styx, on Tuesday, presumably from heart failure. An inquest was opened before Mr S. E. M’Carthy, S.M., yesterday and adjourned till to-day, when the result of the post-mortem examination will be made known. FOUND HANGING . (Per Fresh Association.) WELLINGTON, August 24. The body of a man was found hanging from a tree in Central Park this morning. He was identified as William Grindrod, fifty-five years of age, who resided at Brooklyn. He had gone away from his home during the night and committed suicide. Deceased, who had not been in good health, leaves a wife and family.
