FIRST GRADE. f" ST ALBANS (4), NOMADS (0). Playing at Lin wood Park, Nomads kicked off against St Albans, Nomads playing short. Saints immediately gained possession, and, coming down the field in great style, scored after three minutes’ play. Following up their advantage, St Albans again attacked, and Colville, gaining possession, again scored. From a fine display by Kelly on the right wing. Saints scored from the centre. At this stage Frick leton protested that it was off-side, and left the field. Halftime came with th c scores— St Albana . . . . S Nomads . . . , ~ .0 Un p.ay being resumed. Saints again attacked vigour. Wilson was playing a most .brilliant game, and 6aved again and again, while at tho other end Tgunaut had very little to do. Simpson then made, a splendid run down the left wing, and just failed to score. Mid-field play followed, till Colville received thc ball from Hillgrovo and scored with a hot shot. Nomads played a herd losing game against enormous odds. Parlett and Spencer played a fine game, and prevented .the score from growing. Final score— St Albans . . . 4 Nomads' 0 Referee) Mr M’Beath. THIRD CRAOE. Y.M.C.A. v. Westera, played at . Uagley Park, resulted in a draw, one goal each. Scorers —b or Western, Moorhouso; for Y.M*.C.A., Phelps. Referee, Mr Wilkins. FIFTH CRADE. Sumner beat Technical College by foyr joals to nil. For the winners Fenton (3) and Allen scored. Mr H. J. WiJ'uams was referee.
