GUNS RECAPTURED
Iteiiter's Telegrams. (Received July 25, 2 p.m.) LONDON. July 24. Tn the House of Commons. Mr J. I. Macpherson, Under-Secretary of War, stated that General Sir Stanlev Ma.ude had recaptured all the. thirty-five guns at Kut, which the garrison placed out of action and threw into the river prior to surrendering, and which the Turks salved.
