(The by-election now in progress tor Dundee Oily is rendered necessary in cousc-quonco of the acceptance, of the position of Minister of Munitions by the Right Hen Winston Churchill. At tho second general election in 1010, tho result was as under:—Ricdit- Hon W. S. Olvurehill (Liberal) 9240, A. "Wilkie (Labour) 8957. Sir G. TV Baxter (Conservative) 5685, J. S.
