Limited has received, tho following cable ftuvico from its London , office :—Wool sales — The second scries, which were to have opened on April "11. are now to comrhence on March 29. Brokers anticipate that the market, will l>e steady. Dates for the following sales remain unchanged, as per ca.blo of vester'Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cable message from their London office, dated London, March 20:—Wool Sales—lt has been decided that only fire series of wool sales shall be held in London this year. The second series will open on April 11 and the third series on July 2, each being limited to 250,000 bales not now arrivals, provided this quantity i 9 reached prior to the eighth day before the opening da to. The fourth series will open on September 94 nnd the fifth series on November 26, both unlimited. March 20.—Since our last cable tallow in general is par to 3d higher. March 21.—Frozen Meat—Good demand for frozen, mutton and lamb. The market is firm, but prices unchanged. The position of the frozen beef market is unchanged. March 21.—Sheepskins—Wo do not expect any important change in prices at the ensuing sales.
