Tho Broken Hill Political .1 j;vboiiL" Leag.no, dissatisfied with the present Parliamentary Labour Party's methods, has circularised all tho unions in the State on tho question of the formation of a now Labour Party on Trades' Union lines. THE SEAMEN'S UNION. (Pee Press Associvtion,] WELLINGTON, November '■). It is understood that tho conference of delegates from the Seamen's Union and the shipowners has reached a deadlock. The Union delegates withdrew. About 7000 men are affected. 'lhe ballot amongst the members ot the. (mion on the question of cancel ling the registration under the Arbitration Act will close to-day.
