OHRISTOHIJRCH. Monday, Novemiuor 6. (Boforo -Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) Drunkenness.—Four first offenders for drunkenness, two men and two women, were each fined ss, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment.— Richard James Turner, for a similar offence, was fined 10s, in dofault fortyeight hours' imprisonment.—A first offender, who had been found drunk in tho railway station waiting-room, was imprisonment.
A Tmesl'asseb.—John Burt pleaded guilty to having trespassed on the premises occupied by his wife, from whom bo was legally separated. After hearing the complainant's evidence, the Magistrate cautioned the accused and convicted and discharged him. Judgment jjy Default.—-Judgment for £5 12s, and costs was entered for the plaintiff by default in the case of tho International Harvester Company of America Limited (Mr Cuningliam) v. A. L. Wall.
