ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
[Per Press Associaxiok.] AUCKLAND, November G. John Mulvihill, who was burned by tar igniting at tho City Council yards on October 30, died in the Hospital on Sunday. Ernest Birkenhead, a waiter at the Auckland Club, died suddenly last night. The cause of death is unknown. Robert Johnson, a workman employed on the Kawakawa-Kaikohe railway extension, foil off a ballast truck, and three trucks running over him he was killed instantly.
STRATFORD, November 6. The three-year-old daughter of Mr EdAvards wandered from home this morning and was drowned in the lake in Victoria Park.

Two bodies were found in the harbour to-day, one that of a newly-born malo child, the other that of a man about fifty-fire years of ago. 'J.'lio latter has not 'been identified. Thero were money, totalisator tickets, race books and a whisky-flask in the pockets.
