The Goldsbrcrugh-Mort Company is increasing its capital to the extent of £239,570 by the issue of new, shares. AFTER FIFTEEN YEARS. SYDNEY, July 30. After a lapse of fifteen years th© Australian Bauk of Commerce, formerly the Joint Stock Bank, has paid a dividend amounting to 3 per cent. The net profits for the year were £11,670, the dividend absorbing £8441, and the balance being carried forward. The chairman stated that a large amount of new business was offering, and the success of the bank was assured. BROKEN HILL DIVIDENDS. The latest dividend paid by the Broken Hill Proprietary Mine makes the total received by the shareholders £9,272,000. EARTH TREMORS. MELBOURNE, July 30.
